Virtual Training Opportunities

The Illinois Respite Coalition is excited to announce that we are one of ten (10) state chosen to be a part of a pilot grant program led by the Respite Care Association of Wisconsin (RCAW), ARCH National Respite Network and the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP). Through this grant program, Illinois is using Wisconsin's tried and true online training program to create Illinois state-specific training that is completely virtual and free of charge. This program can be completed at your own pace, and upon finishing all the modules, you will be given a certificate of completion. Those who completed the training have the opportunity to be added to a statewide respite worker database to help address the Respite Care Worker and Personal Support Worker shortage across the state.
