Community Support Systems In-Home Respite Program - East Southeast Illinois

Community Support Systems offers an in-home respite program that is meant to provide parents with short-term relief and time away from their child or adult family member with a disability.  Families use their own providers and then report hours of care for financial reimbursement.  A family is typically allotted 15 hours per month with services available in Clay, Edwards, Effingham, Jasper, Richland, Wabash, and Wayne Counties.

Community Support Systems Summer Day Camp - East Southeast / Southeast Illinois

Community Support Systems offers summer day camps held in Effingham and Richland Counties.  The camps are open to students ages 7-21 who receive special education services at school.  Experienced and trained staff accompany the campers on planned outings and activities.  Lunch is provided free of charge each day and there is no charge to attend camp, though registration is required.  The only cost to families is the transportation to and from the designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
